Honestly, it's a good book, but it doesn't really tell you how to manage property, it just really just tells you why you should hire a property manager. As a small landlord it really wasn't what I was expecting.
Many books of this nature are more like massive brochures to buy into the authors’ main program or other sales pitches. Not this book. It is well written and well detailed that this is really all you need.
As a small real estate investor with 9 unit under my belt, this has truly open up my eyes on how we have been operating our investment.
Good read. Worth the time it takes to go over it at least a couple times. good reference tips too

Learned a lot. The only dislike is it pushes you in a way to use a management company and doesn't teach you as much as I would of liked.
